I’m having login issues; what should I do?

If you’re having login issues, there are a few things you can try to resolve the problem!

  1. Make sure you're using the correct email address and password.
    Double-check that you're not accidentally mistyping your credentials.
  2. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. This can often resolve any technical glitches that may be causing the issue.
  3. Can't remember your password? Click on "Forgot password" on the login page. You'll be prompted to enter the email associated with your account so a password reset link can be sent to that email address.
  4. Still having trouble? Please check that your browser and device are up to date. Outdated software can cause compatibility issues with login. You can also try using a different browser or device to access the login page. This will help to determine if the issue is specific to your current setup.
